“IMPETRO” – a web based purchasing system Cairncross Martin has developed utilising proprietary Microsoft software – shall be committed to the Project’s reporting and governance there-of throughout.

“IMPETRO” is a database design using proprietary Microsoft software.

The key functionality includes:

• Web-based, real-time access for clients - secured by password protection.
• Manages budget control, purchase orders, invoicing and payment processing.
• Manages provision of the Project’s Assets Register.
• Data can be exported, for example to Excel, for manipulation and analysis.
• 15 plus standard reports are available.
• Built-in security features maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
